About Us
Welcome to our office!
We don’t want to cover up these symptoms and let the problem worsen. Instead, we get to the root cause and help you truly heal so that you don’t have to worry about your issues returning in the future.
The Beauty of What We Do
At Active Family Chiropractic, wetake a holistic approach to care, focusing not just on the symptoms, but on the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. This means that they may recommend lifestyle changes, such as exercise or nutrition, to help support healing and prevent future issues

Dr. Steph has two amazing girls, both of whom have benefited from chiropractic care from the moment they were born. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and is an outdoor enthusiast who loves skiing, mountain biking, stand up paddleboarding, hiking and snow-shoeing.

Dr. Brett Murdock
Dr. Brett Murdock, a native of Cache Valley, experienced the benefits of chiropractic care while in high school. Since that time he has developed a genuine passion for family focused chiropractic care.
After attending Utah State University, Dr. Murdock took his family to Atlanta, Georgia to attend chiropractic school at Life University. During these years, his love for pediatric and family chiropractic care became an intense focus, which led to extensive training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. This extracurricular education has helped him develop an expertise in pediatric, prenatal and family chiropractic care.
Dr. Murdock loves his work as a pediatric and family chiropractor and has seen what it can mean for children and their families. As a father of three, he knows that when a child isn’t expressing their full potential physically, emotionally or spiritually it can effect the entire family. His mission is to deliver gentle, safe and effective chiropractic care to his community.
